Structure Rising at Marine & Pearl as Project Forges Ahead

Progress at Marine & Pearl in Kingscliff continues at pace, with the project advancing steadily despite the adverse weather conditions experienced throughout March. The site team has shown exceptional resilience and adaptability, maintaining strong momentum as the development begins to transition out of the basement and into vertical structure works.

March saw a focus on de-watering and early structural works, including the completion of lift and stair core walls, basement pavement slab pours, and key stormwater connections. The installation of the temporary main switchboard and crane connections were also completed during the month, setting the stage for vertical construction.

Allera Director Jordan Reid commented:
“The project team continues to deliver great momentum on Marine & Pearl, despite a testing month of weather. With the structure starting to rise and the tower crane install around the corner, we’re excited to see the buildings take shape along Marine Parade.”

Marine & Pearl remains on track for completion in early 2026 and continues to set a high standard for beachside apartment living in Northern NSW.
